MayFit Fat Loss Boot Camp

Mayfit Fat Loss Boot Camp is one of the best all round training systems for fat loss! Indoor and outdoor based classes designed to get you amazing results. You also get a 4 week meal plan to follow and a recipe book packed with simple lean nutritious meals to download and support you on your journey.

What is Boot Camp?

Boot Camp is forty-five minutes of varied and fun workouts that are designed to help you lose weight, tone muscle and look great. The sessions are usually structured by starting with a warm-up, varying exercises then a stretch and warm-down. As the 4 week boot camp progresses, you gain fitness but the sessions will continue to challenge you.

Monday – 6.30pm until 7.15pm at St Crispin Community centre – outside
Wednesday – 6.15am until 7am at St Crispin Community centre - outside
Friday - 6.30pm until 7.15pm at St Crispin Community Centre – outside
Saturday – 8am until 8.45am at St Crispin Community Centre – Inside

The atmosphere is incredible and relaxed. It is a great way to get fit and make friends and feel a part of our Mayfit family.

But I'm not very fit!

It really doesn't matter how fit or indeed unfit you are, it's not a competition about who can do the most, in fact the majority of the workouts are timed intervals and you do as much as you can in that time. It is hoped that as you progress throughout the month you will be able to do more and more repetitions (reps) in the allotted time. We have equipment which is incorporated into the sessions after the first week or two when you're personally ready!

What do I need to bring?

Just your body is a good start! But come along with a mat or towel (optional), a bottle of water (essential!) and in the winter for outside sessions a hat or gloves is advised. We aim to give you that motivation to succeed and to change.
